Compliance & Safety Officer - Liege Airport - Belgium
SelectMyTalent has been engaged by a Belgium based Cargo Jet Operator. We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Safety Officer, Who assists the Safety Manager & the Compliance &
Safety Manager in day-to-day tasks.
Possess personnel integrity and objectivity;
Have good communication skills (particularly English Language);
Have good redactional skills (making report);
Be able to use different softwares;
Be organized and have good capabilities in managing files;
Be able to judge the impact of deficiencies and observations;
Be determined and consistent;
Have at least 2 years’ experience in an aviation related environment (Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Maintenance Engineering or Compliance Monitoring);
Have knowledge of Civil Aviation Requirements.
Assisting in the development and establishment of Challenge Airlines Compliance
Monitoring procedures, standards and specifications;
Assisting the CMM in preparation of internal and external audit plans and checklists as well as carrying out audits; Assisting the CMM in preparation of audit reports and following up the audit findings, observations as well as corrective actions;
Supporting the CSM to establish quality audit requirements;
Assist in maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
Preparing presentation and taking minutes for Compliance Monitoring meeting;
Other activities as assigned and delegated by the CMM;
Facilitate hazard identification, risk analysis and management;
Assist the SM in validation of reports and analysis;
Update of IQSMS;
Assist the SM with Flight Data Monitoring;
Monitor the implementation of actions to mitigate the risks as listed in the safety action plan; Provide periodic reports on safety performance (SPI/SPT);
Assist the SM with maintenance of safety management documentation;
Assist the SM with safety management training;
Assist the SM in initiation and follow-up of internal occurrence/accident investigations;
Take minutes of SCRB/SCAG.
